Businesses and universities join government agencies to showcase developments and advances.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) will hold its second virtual USDA Food Loss and Waste Innovation Fair on September 14, 2022. The fair is intended to demonstrate the most recent advances in food loss and waste-reduction technologies by government agencies, academic institutions, and businesses.
“Innovation by all players in the supply chain is key to achieving a meaningful reduction in food loss and waste,” said USDA’s Food Loss and Waste Liaison Jean Buzby. “The fair offers a platform to emphasize a range of innovative strategies and technologies that have the potential to transform food loss and waste reduction efforts.”
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For Dr. Buzby as she collaborates on the reduction of food loss and waste.
- For Secretary Vilsack to look to the Lord for direction as he oversees the Agriculture Department.
